'M' Class Planet Found

For those who know me from other boards & know my Sig. "Today the surface of the Earth has been mapped thanks to modern technology. But tomorrow God damn it's our duty as Cartographers to map new worlds;" well it appears that if man can survive the coming Global Warming that day of colonization my sooner be possible once man can travel beyond the speed of light. I may not be a working Cartographer but this recent discovery has gotten me very excited knowing that once scientists can confirm that GL-581-c is indeed habitable, the opportunities open up.

However what makes this discovery more exciting is the fact that we may have some sort of proof that human kind is not alone in this universe, indeed some sort of intelligent alien life has to exist out there so that eventually we can make contact. Folks here is one story I want to pay attention for further developments.

Long Time No Post

Hi folks agree with with this blog or not it's been a long time since I had last posted. More posts will be comming out soon including a general look at the four 'A' system - a simple look at the process for the sucess of political movements.

SUSTAINED DEVELOPMENT A GENERAL PLAN FOR THE COLONIZATION OF NORTHERN CANADA

The word “Sustained Development” is considered evil by many Conservatives when associated with the Communist movements of the Soviet Union & Mao’s China. However Canada is a vast nation of resources, landmass, & one of the few countries with the claim of underpopulation. Considering the bitter hard cold fact that man is a huge contributor of global warming using fossil fuels instead of green based resources the colonization & development of northern Canada must be within a system of sustainable development. That means the protection of the surrounding environment must become a necessity with any colonization plan centralized in one location at a time.

When we talk about “sustained development” lets not get this confused with “sustainable economics.” Economically the regions must continue to be unchecked & unregulated in order to allow encourage growth locations to create employment opportunities, & higher Gross Domestic Products. However there is one fundamental problem with the creation of Sustainable Development, Taxes! Addressing this issue of over taxation is a major component of the debate, when addressing it cost effective methods must focus on current social programs, for example is Public Health Care really as effective as government leads us to believe? Is Daycare a good idea? Are there better solutions to develop Northern Canada within a controlled environment? Should government take the responsibility to reduce taxes in one area, raise it in others? Or perhaps should the economy of North America be unified? Never the less the issue of economics is debatable on what course of action is necessary.

Immigration is another issue that should be addressed in regards to the colonization plan of Northern Canada. The current immigration model may have to be modified to determine who gets in & who does not. For example should the immigration model focus on bringing the poor as the America once proclaimed? Or should the future model focus on the rich, & educated? Or perhaps a mixed model. The following diagram is an example:

Immigration Preference

• Class One — English Speaking First World; French Speaking for Quebec
• Class Two — Wealthy First World Countries (non English)
• Class Three — other non warring nations

The preference example of preferred immigrants focuses on both English & French speaking democracies. Nations such as China & Iran are excluded from the mentioned list because of the lack of democracy & human rights.

Ultimately the one of the aims of sustained development is the creation of new smaller political units. Each new political unit should be created democratically giving the designated zone of development a voice by voting to form a new province or state in the case of an expanded United States, the system must be agreed upon by both the ratio of people in that zone & the provincial/state boundaries in accordance to the Constitution. However eligibility requirements must be made by both them federal level & the smaller political units such as total population, required land size, & wealth potential of the perceptive candidate. Here’s an example of planned population ratio’s:

• State Capital — 300,000 people with room up to 500,000
• Metropolitan — 400,000 people with room up to 750,000
• 10 Townships — 10,000 to 15,000 people in each town
• Other — under 1,000 each in pockets near resources

Moreover the Sustained Production of Northern Canada requires that interstate type highways & other transportation networks such as railroad cars become more a reality within system of a environmentally free society.

The Cycle of Poverty

1. The Atlantican Economy was flourishing with resources such as the fishery, coal, & gypsum. A North-South Trade corridor existed between the Atlantic British Colonies & New England.
2. Confederation is introduced on July 1, 1867. Nova Scotia loses self governance. Joseph Howe leads Canada’s first separatists to victory a few short years later. The Anti Confederation Party argued that Nova Scotia would be forced into dependency on the Ottawa government. The Anti Confederation part wins the provincial election, then seek to separate from Canada through British Parliament only to be denied
3. As a result of Confederation the north-south trade corridor is shut down by the Canadian government in favour of the maritimes paying off Ontario’s debts, centralization of the economy, & a west-south trade route. Therefore Atlantica is shut out from their natural economic markets.
4. The changing shipping industry from schooner to steal hits Atlantica hard as the industry has not been able to fully adapt to the changing times
5. "THE GREAT DEPRESSION"
6. The Saint Lawrence Seaway opens up the Great Lakes region to shipping. Halifax the traditional port of entry with a natural deep harbour loses alot of business as a result
7. As resources Begin to disappear, the Atlantican economy loses more capital, & fiscal mis-management didn’t help either. Transfer Payments are further increased.
8. Atlantican economics cannot keep up with the rest of North America. Without economic willingness Atlanticans are faced with the prospect of a second world economy if not for the equalization programs. Newfoundland & Labrador are admitted into
   Confederation in 1949. Before Newfoundland joined as a province in 1949, the British dependent territory lost their status as a nation during the 1930’s in favour of having their debts payed off.
9. Though the fishery is not completely dead, workers from that industry are forced to either retrained for other job opportunities or into the welfare system. A great migration loss to the United States & western Canada in sues.
10. Newfoundland & Labrador, Cape Breton Island, part of Nova Scotia), are Canada’s most unemployed area’s. Massive outward migration has depleted the population totals of these two area’s, the highest taxes deterring industry, well paying jobs are forced out in favour of low paying civil service jobs & only part time

"ENOUGH WITH THIS CYCLE OF POVERTY"
Atlantica must stop looking towards the rest of Canada for support, the equalization programs have kept the economy from developing as our dependency has run to the level of the expectation that this region can never succeed. However the very remedy for the economic mess Atlantica is in exists on our own back door, however nationalist pride has kept Atlantica from ever claiming wealth. Canadian economics don’t work for Atlantica. It’s time to latch the region on some sort of economic deal with the United States so that Atlantica can re-open our traditional markets with New England. As long as Ottawa continues their sovereignty debate, Atlantica will remain on the train of economic transfer payments, it's time for Atlanticans to stand Upto Ottawa ;claim back our economic sovereignty & get a new deal, because Confederation has been an economic disaster.

Equalization

Interesting take on Equalization from the board Free Dominion. I think this story is worth the read.

A young woman was about to finish her first year of college. Like so many others her age, she considered herself to be a good NDP-ER, and was very much in favor of the redistribution of wealth. She was deeply ashamed that her father was a rather staunch Conservative, a feeling she openly expressed. Based on the lectures that she had participated in, and the occasional chat with a professor, she felt that her father had for years harbored an evil, selfish desire to keep what he thought should be his.

One day she was challenging her father on his opposition to higher taxes on the rich and the addition of more government welfare programs. The self-professed objectivity proclaimed by her professors had to be the truth and she indicated so to her father. He responded by asking her how she was doing in school. Taken aback, she answered rather haughtily that she had a 4.0 GPA, and let him know that it was tough to maintain, insisting that she was taking a very difficult course load and was constantly studying, which left her no time to go out and party like other people she knew. She didn't even have time for a boyfriend, and didn't really have many college friends because she spent all her time studying.

Her father listened and then asked, "How is your friend Audrey doing?" She replied, "Audrey is barely getting by. All she takes are easy classes, she never studies, and she barely has a 2.0 GPA . She is so popular on campus, college for her is a blast. She's always invited to all the parties, and lots of times she doesn't even show up for classes because she's too hung over." Her wise father asked his daughter, "Why don't you go to the Dean's office and ask him to deduct a 1.0 off your 4.0 GPA and give it to your friend who only has a 2.0. That way you will both have a 3.0 GPA and certainly that would be a fair and equal distribution of GPA."

The daughter, visibly shocked by her father's suggestion, angrily fired back, "That wouldn't be fair! I have worked really hard for my grades! I've invested a lot of time, and a lot of hard work! Audrey has done next to nothing toward her degree. She played while I worked my tail off!" The father slowly smiled, winked and said gently, "Welcome to the Conservative Party".

The Fine Line -- Is The SHRC a Violator of Human Rights

Though I find myself not always agreeing with Bill Whatcott, a recent court order to pay $17,500 of payment by the Saskatchewan's Human Rights Commission over comments upsetting a gay rights group about pornography found in a library depicting a lesbian seduction of a underage girl & an advertisement in a gay magazine of a man searching for a teenage boyfriend. It seems the truth is punishable by fines, & imprisonment, therefore the Saskatchewan Human Rights Commission has sent a loud & clear message that under no circumstances are heterosexuals allowed to criticize homosexuals even if children are being raped. So the assumption over the Human Rights Commissions decision to make Mr. Whatcott pay is that free speech can no longer be tolerated in a socially liberal society.

A Mr. Schouten sent a letter to Mr. Rafose defending Mr. Whatcott's position that the Canadian youth need to be protected by pedophile; here are some exerts from the letter:

“If a man from Saskatchewan is not free to inform other people of what he found in a gay magazine , then with respect, sir, Saskatchewan is no longer a free society”

“Besides when gay activists express not only moral disapproval but clear & manifest hatred for Christians in this country, then we never hear a peep from the “Human Rights Commission.” This glaring inconsistency show that the whole discussion isn’t really about human rights but the imposition of one world view upon another.”

Mr. Rafoss wrote a reply back to Mr. Schouten, now read carefully as I post the entire letter:

“With respect I can not agree with what you say. Saskatchewan is a respectful place to live, where a diversity of people of people can live without fear of attack & harm from those who disagree with that diversity. There’s a balance to be sought between freedom of speech & the promotion of hatred & we are endeavoring to find the correct balance. Thank-you for your expression of your
opinion.”

So in other words the balance of freedom of speech is a fine line that Liberals can define. However Mr. Whatcott did not cross the line as the Human Rights Commission determined, in reality by supporting homosexuals upset over Mr. Whatcott’s comments over the sodomitization of underage children is an outright violation of civil rights against the young & innocent of this nation. Therefore the Saskatchewan Human Rights Commission should be put before a tribunal & charged for hate crimes against religious peoples which is protected under the Constitution & their outright hatred of children. However this won’t happen, now I understand why criminals get to vote, because they always vote Liberal with the knowledge that they have more rights then their victims.

Tell me it isn't so...Conservative Life is gone

Tell me it isn't so, Canada's Conservative Life Board has gone off line today. A big loss for the Conservative Movement bringing Americans & Canadians together discussing issues that showed us we are not all that different. Criag must have had a good reason for his decission, spamming is one reason, but the other issues I have no clue, I will keep you all posted on further details.
